I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with a big window providing fantastic sunlight and ventilation. They were clean, airy, and cool, with good wifi and a complimentary minibar stocked with water bottles. The balcony was a delightful bonus, allowing me to savor the beautiful view while enjoying my morning coffee. The small cooked breakfast option of scrambled eggs, bacon, and baked beans was a nice touch.

The service was top-notch. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, with excellent knowledge of the local area. They even assisted me with getting fresh air into my room on the second night. A minor downside was one elderly-looking staff member who wasn't as welcoming.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just two minutes from Lambrate metro station. It was easy to access all the major attractions in Milan and beyond. The proximity to Lambrate brewery was a great plus for craft beer enthusiasts.

The dining experience was enjoyable overall, with a variety of choices available. The staff on the third floor, where I stayed, were friendly and helpful. However, as a Muslim guest, the Halal food options were a bit limited, which was a slight drawback.
